Returns

American Imaging and Designs is dedicated to supplying quality products to our customers. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal by offering a 30-day return and exchange policy.

From receipt of shipment you may exchange or return products as follows:

  • Any unaltered product including hems, embellishments, washing, wearing or not part of a custom order.
  • Clothing and accessories with tags still attached and a copy of your receipt from American Imaging & Designs.

To receive your exchange or refund please include the following information in your return package (click here to fill out and print a .pdf with this information - Adobe Acrobat Reader required):

  1. Your Name
  2. Mailing Address
  3. Physical Address (if different from mailing address)
  4. Phone Number
  5. Fax Number
  6. E-mail Address
  7. Copy of receipt

Confirmation of your request will be sent within 48 hours of our receipt of your return package by the information you have provided above.

Refunds consist of the original amount paid including any applicable sales tax. Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. Details of your refund/exchange will be sent upon shipment from our facility.
